Area Wells

Universal offers two lines of below grade windows that meet the needs of the builder. Both Premier 1 and Premier 2 are galvanized making them corrosion resistant. Both are also available with Vinyl window inserts either as single vinyl or insulated vinyl for maximum energy performance. To complete the window assembly, try Universal’s Strongwell™ Modular Window Well System sold as Premier 3.

Premier 1

Premier 1 Residential Window System is a below grade system that is compatible with the Boman Kemp* Basement Windows System. Frames can be ordered unassembled or assembled as needed. Base material is 18 gauge steel with a G-90 galvanized coating for maximum corrosion resistance and is available galvanized with white finish coating or with the galvanized finish.

Premier 2

Premier 2 Residential Window System is a below grade system that is compatible with the Monarch* Basement Window System. Base material is 18 gauge steel with a G-90 galvanized coating for maximum corrosion resistance. Available galvanized with white finish coating or a galvanized finish.

Premier 3

Premier 3 Modular Window Well's exclusive Strongwell TM Modular Window Well System completes the Premier 1 and Premier 2 systems. Available in both two tier and three tier step well configurations, it mounts to Boman Kemp, Monarch or Universal window frames directly or directly to the wall. Available in all standard sizes - assembled or as individual modules as needed.

Accessories

Accessories for Premier 1 and Premier 2 Residential Systems include window well ladders, area well washers and a slider latch for the windows.
